Please follow this manual to precisely
select a part of a sound file:
1.
Download
and install MP3 Music Editor software in your PC and double-click
the desktop icon of the program to launch it.
2. Click the button "Open
a new sound file" or press Ctrl+O to import
the sound file.
3. Click the button "Select
a specified region for the sound file".
4. In the activated Set Selection
window you can enter the time you want to start or end.
You can also set the length. The setting time is precise
to 3 decimal places.
