Please follow this manual to resample
an audio file:
1.
Download
and install MP3 Music Editor software in your PC and double-click
the desktop icon of the program to launch it.
2. Click the button "Open
a new sound file" or press Ctrl+O to import
an sound file.
3. Click the button "Convert
the audio file to another type".
4. Choose the frequency, channel
and bit per sample and click "OK"
