Please follow this manual to convert MP3
files into WMA files:
1.
Download
and install MP3 Music Editor software in
your PC and double-click the desktop icon of the program
to launch it.
2. Click the button "Open
a new sound file" or press Ctrl+O to import
an MP3 file.
3. Choose "Options - Output
Format" and a new window will pop up on which you
should choose "WMA" tag and select the
quality you want like "WMA 44,100 Hz; 16 Bit; 128kbps",
then click "OK".
4. Go to "File - Save/Save
As" to save the file and the conversion will begin.
When done, the converted WMA file will be in the location
you choose.
